Shipping Policy


Shipping inside India is free of cost (above order value Rs. 2000/-, excluding taxes), we use reliable courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Shipping TAT: 3 business days


In case of International order, customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.

Shipping TAT: 10-15 business days


All users have the option to track their orders by visiting our Shipping Partners’ websites and entering their AWB number. The user will receive their order number and AWB number once the order is dispatched, on their respective email address which was used while placing the order.

Registered users can Signin and track their orders using their AWB (Airway Bill) number from order history section in the account page
